Gabriela... A Responsible Citizen...

Recibimos la siguiente carta, junto con un diploma, a mi hija Gabriela, de 4 años, en Junior Kinder:

St. Joseph Catholic School

March 12, 2010.

Dear Parents,

Each month at St. Joseph Catholic School we celebrate students who in their daily activities consistently demonstrate what it means to be a Catholic student. We are using the Catholic Graduate Expectations as our focus for their program. These learning expectations define what all Catholic students are expected to know, to do and to value by the time they graduate from secondary school.
At our school liturgy today, we acknowledged students who are RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS. These students were chosen because they consistently act morally, accept accountability for their own actions, seek and grant forgiveness and promote equality, democracy, solidarity and a respect for the environment.
It gives us great pleasure to inform you that Gabriela was chosen by her classroom teacher as the child in her class that most demonstrates the attitudes associated with being a responsible citizen.
We are sure that you are very proud of your child, as are we.

Sincerely,

Ms. J. Jacobson
Principal

Mrs. L. Goodwin
Vice-Principal

Yey!!!!!...jejeje
